Jack White Played SXSW (Video)

Are you one of the many feverishly debating whether or not SXSW jumped the shark this year? We certainly hope not, because that would be silly. Because one fact remained unassailably true: SXSW features awesome musicians, making awesome music. And where there's awesome music, well, that's a good place to be.

We didn't make it down to Austin, but luckily the fine folks at NPR Music did, and delivered this fine video of Jack White. Jack was on hand for the launch of the Third Man Records moving store, as well as to celebrate the signing of Seasick Steve, who also features in the video.

First, you get to hear White do killer solo versions of "Not Fade Away" and "Dead Leaves On The Dirty Ground". Next, Seasick Steve delivers a killer dose of blues, in spite of a finicky and malfunctioning amp. Like we said: awesome, awesome, music. Forget the haters.
