Coldplay Collect Grammies, Plan Summer Tour: Shoreline In July

Riding the wave of a hit record, a so-so EP, and a possible plagiarism suit, Coldplay still managed to add to their Grammy collection on Sunday night. The band snagged the Grammy for Song Of The Year for the somewhat-disputed tune "Viva La Vida", and performed "Lost" (complete with Jay-Z) and "Viva La Vida" at the show. In addition, the band has lined up a summer tour, and will be making a stop at their oft-visited Bay Area venue the Shoreline Amphitheater on July 13th. Tickets apparently go on-sale this Saturday, the 14th, although we at HAD have yet to dig up a link. We'll keep you posted.
