Port O'Brien Deliver Haiti Relief EP, Plot Spring Tour

Port O'Brien at Union Hall, from the HAD Archive

We've all heard and observed how Haiti has basically turned into a tragically absurd hell on earth after the earthquake, and sat around wondering what we can do about it. Well, thankfully, Port O'Brien is here to help you with the conundrum. The band has delivered a 100% charity EP for Doctors Without Borders' Haitian relief.

Entitled The Pan American Sessions, the EP consists of alternate versions from the band's fantastic Threadbare. With the added moral incentive, we really have to say that you can't go wrong with this one. The EP is available for $4 at the band's website.

In addition to the good will gestures, the band is also hard at work plotting a spring tour with fellow Alaskan indie rockers Portugal The Man. Needless to say, that's a double bill that also deserves your attention. Dates below.
