Phoenix Plots Second Leg Of US Tour

Phoenix At The Paradise, From The HAD Archive

After a killer US Tour that (sadly) missed San Francisco, Phoenix are taking a summer break. But, not to fear - the break will be short lived, and the band will be back in the US during September and October for a bunch more dates.

The dates will span the US, and if you're motivated enough, there's probably one within a day's drive of you. For San Francisco, that means a stop at the Warfield, while New York will include two dates (one already sold out) in Central Park. You can check out all of the additional dates below.

The dates are still a good two months off, so in the meantime you can occupy yourself by watching some videos the band recently recorded. We've included an awesome acoustic version of "One Time Too Many" below, and you can see three more vids (including an interview) over at the band's blog.

Phoenix Fall 2009 US Dates:
September 13 : Monolith Festival – Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Morrison, CO

September 16 : Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, CA

September 17 : Warfield, San Francisco, CA

Any clue what the presale password is? Ticketbastard says they are selling them today if you have the secret code.
