My Morning Jacket have just announced their late summer/fall dates, and it's looking good if you like the out of doors. Specifically, the band will be playing Berkeley's Greek Theater on September 19th. We haven't seen the band live since they opened for Doves way back when, but given the strength of the new single and the awesomeness of the Greek, we're thinking we might have to get in on this one.
PS: The whole MMJ back-catalog just got added to eMusic.

The best live act out there in my opinion. Saw their 2 night run in Denver, CO Jan of 2007 and then opening up for Bob Dylan in Telluride, CO later on that summer.

no way, Animal Collective are the best live band out there. and before them it was Grandaddy.
