It really is ALL about the music with this group. Dinosaur Jr.'s performance
cuts to the very core of the live
concert experience. Hearing 'J.,Lou, and Murph' made me realize once again why music is such a vital part of what I live for and I'm grateful that they are keeping alive the very thing about rock and roll that seems to be dying out right before our very eyes and ears. They are like the band practicing in a garage down the street from where you live and at the same time they are a band that if you really heard them just once it could change your life forever.
Alot of people may not understand this but to a rock and roll fan it's makes perfect sense. I have a routine, like many of us,that can feel like a grind most of the time but when I walked out of the Fillmore last Friday night I felt like everything was right in my little part of the world and I thank Dinosaur Jr. and the spirit of rock and roll for giving me the chance to have that feeling again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
